A 4,000 square foot clinical training facility in North Hollywood. Designed from the ground up for medical aesthetic brands hosting certifications, product launches, and educator programs. No hotel conference rooms. No improvising. Just the right room for the work.
What we offer
Six adjustable medical beds in a dedicated hands-on lab. Individual wash stations, mag lamps, sterilization-ready surfaces, ceiling-mounted IP camera for live demonstrations and close-view streaming to the classroom.
A theory room built for the way aesthetic educators actually teach. Electric 101 inch screen, Epson ceiling projector, Apple TV and Chromecast, climate control, free Wi-Fi, ergonomic seating, adaptable table layouts for cohorts of any size.
Catering kitchen, espresso bar, lounge, product display foyer, ADA and OSHA compliant. Day-of setup and breakdown handled by the Academy team. Catering coordination and treatment supply pickup available on request.
About the Academy
The Academy was built by people who came up inside the aesthetic industry. We know what an educator needs in the room, what a brand executive expects from a venue, and what a coordinator does not have time to chase down. The facility reflects that experience. Every detail is here for a reason.

Setup may begin at 7:00 AM on the day of your event. Programs typically run through 5:00 PM with breakdown complete by 6:30 PM. The Academy is available Monday through Sunday. Public holidays are possible with advance notice.
The theory classroom seats twenty-five comfortably with tables and up to forty-five theater-style. The clinical lab supports hands-on sessions with up to six adjustable medical beds. Tables and seating reconfigure to fit your program.
Yes. Private gated parking is included at no additional cost. The lot accommodates faculty, staff, and attendees, with overflow street parking available on Weddington Street.
The facility includes both a prep kitchen and a catering kitchen with refrigeration, espresso bar, and bar seating. We can recommend local catering partners for any service level, from coffee service to plated meals. Catering arrangements are made on a per-event basis.
Yes. We accept shipments up to one week before your event date and store them in your assigned room until setup. Pre-event storage is available on request.
